Caregiving is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Virtual Support Group is a safe, welcoming space where caregivers of loved ones with dementia can connect, share, and be supported.
We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 5–6 PM CST via Google Meet. Sessions are Alzheimer’s Association-certified, and designed to provide connection, encouragement, and practical tips in a judgment-free space.

Caregivers deserve care too. Our Wellness Grants provide eligible members with stipends to support their self-care—whether it’s a massage, counseling session, gym membership, or peaceful staycation.
Caregiver Sanctuary members are eligible to apply. Each grant is personalized based on your wellness needs and comes with a small care package to help you feel restored.

Drop In Respite
Memory Socials are welcoming, supervised drop-off gatherings for people living with dementia.
During each session, participants are invited into a calm, supportive space where they can engage in familiar activities, enjoy social connection, and simply be themselves. Activities are thoughtfully designed to encourage comfort, creativity, and moments of joy, with flexibility to honor each person’s pace and needs.
While their loved one is cared for by trained staff, caregivers are able to step away knowing they are in a safe and respectful environment. This time can be used to rest, tend to personal needs, or take a quiet pause, without the weight of worry.
Memory Socials are meant to feel human and unhurried. There is no pressure to participate in a certain way or for a set amount of time. Everyone is met with patience, dignity, and care.
This is a space created to offer ease, connection, and gentle relief for both caregivers and the people they love.
Caregiver Events
Memory Social Caregiver Events are designed to support caregivers while their loved ones living with dementia are cared for onsite.
During these events, caregivers participate in activities focused on wellness, connection, or education in a separate space. At the same time, people living with dementia are engaged in supervised activities nearby with trained staff. This allows caregivers to step away from caregiving responsibilities while remaining close.
Caregivers can use this time to connect with others, participate in the planned activity, or simply take a break. Participation is always optional, and there is no expectation to share or engage beyond what feels comfortable.
These events provide structured support in a calm, respectful setting, offering caregivers time for themselves without the need to arrange separate care.
